Sevana - Lab report need age field to consider hours for newborns

Description
Team, we have a requirement for lab report of newborns. Doctor need the age field of patients under one month of age to be shown considering the hours too.
Two points were mentioned in the discussion
1. The confusion when someone see a lab report with hours mentioned when patient go with this.
2. When a patient below one month age came for a lab test. System will take the registration time as hour 0.
These two concerns are ok for us. So please deliver the feature.
Example
A baby born on 24/05/2026 04.00 PM. Lab test advised on 25/05/2026 8 AM. Sample collected by 8.30 AM.
Age calculation should interpret as 0 y 0 m 0 days 16.5 hours. The age field value should be 0y/0m/0d/16.5h
This is required only for newborns. So let's cap the age upto 1 month.
Calculation of hours as follows.
If baby age approaching another day
Covered minutes in that day/60
In our example baby completed 0 days and 990 minutes so far so calculation will be 990/60=16.5
