Insurance Under Recovery in tile 4 in second row should not consider IP Package P&L rather it should reflect in actual IP Package P&L in tiles 1,2,3,4 in first row.

Insurance Tile - Company Wise Under Recovery
These are private insurances. There will not be any under recovery figure for private insurance as the patient will pay the remaining amount after the approval from Insurance company.
As per our understanding these are IP Package P&Ls so it come in IP Package P&L given below

!!! Also note an insurance company showing 0 as under recovery figure
