UHID binded to Pricing with validity.
We need pricing to get applied only when there is validity for that pricing. If pricing validity expired revert to general pricing.

Example 1112/000123 has STAFF POLICY as pricing and its validity set to 01/03/2024. A bill generating on 02/03/2024 shows STAFF POLICY as pricing but pricing rules will not apply due to the expiry of validity for that pricing. In such cases billing screen should show GENERAL.
