We want to know the occupancy details in our ICUs between dates

We have a report called Bed Occupancy Detail report.
Please add an option to filter out duplicates. While removing duplicates we need the data in columns allocated Date and Deallocated dates to be like first transfer in on a day and last transfer out on the same day.

As an example Arifa has 3 entries which is reverse order considering time.
The allocation time is not available instead provided is the admission time which is not relevant.
1st entry has AT: 01/02/2026 03:11 PM which is admission time and not the time the patient reached the bed SICU03 DAT:02/02/2026 07:43 PM which is actually the last DAT for the patient.
We expect Arifa data to be like
Date from 01/02/2026 to 05/02/2026
AT: 01/02/2026 03:11 PM [Replace this time with actual receive time]
DAT: 02/02/2026 07:43 PM
Date from 01/02/2026 to 01/02/2026
AT: 01/02/2026 03:11 PM [Replace this time with actual receive time]
DAT: NIL

But when Arifa again transferred to SICU on the next day 03/02/2026 08:05 AM and deallocated by 11:15 on the same day then the entry should not duplicate since this is a new transfer and when taking report from 02/02/2026 to 03/02/2026 there should be two entries

Please update LOS to numerals.
if allocation date is Feb-01-2026 03:11 PM and Deallocated Date is Feb-05-2026 01:15 PM then LOS column should show the value 3.91 (round to two decimals)
