Current workflow:
When a consulting doctor recommends physiotherapy for a specific procedure over a defined period (n days), a referral request is generated and forwarded to the Physiotherapy Outpatient Department (Physio OPD). The physiotherapist performs the prescribed procedure and guides the patient to the billing counter, providing the next appointment date for continuation. The patient continues to attend physiotherapy sessions as scheduled until the full course of treatment is completed.. Present flow has been demonstrated to IT. After deployment we can customize the workflow if needed.
