Currently, when a patient is registered in Casualty before 12:00 AM and the vitals are entered at that time, the entered vitals disappear after the date changes at 12:00 AM. This is creating difficulty for the casualty doctor and staff during night duty.

Kindly provide an option to retain or carry forward the vitals entered before 12:00 AM, even after the date changes, so that the data remains visible and accessible without re-entering it.
