2.We have room rent rates defined based on room number, as rooms of the same type may have different rates depending on their size. Since we plan to automate room rent billing, the admission setup in the software needs to support this requirement.
As discussed, there are two possible approaches:
• Configure room rent based on the billing category.
• Set room rent rates individually for each room.
Please finalize the preferred approach and implement it accordingly.
