Description

9.In the Vitals Entry screen of the Nurses Dashboard, the Blood Sugar field currently accepts only numeric values.
However, there are situations where nurses need to record values such as "High", "Low", or other text-based observations instead of a numeric reading.

Please review the feasibility of allowing alphanumeric entries in the Blood Sugar field and implement the required changes accordingly.
