Description

In the Doctor's Prescription screen, if a medicine that has already been added to the prescription is selected again, the system should display a warning popup indicating that the medicine has already been prescribed

This will help prevent duplicate medicines from being added to the prescription inadvertently.

Please check the feasibility of this requirement and implement it accordingly.
