enable multiple columns of generic name for accommodating Multiple combination of drugs and dosage
for combination medicines multiple columns of Generic Name and Dosage must be there by Validating Combination drugs criteria
and the multiple generic name must be combined and be displayed on elsewhere

While creating generic name , the user need to select Generic Name from a predefined list

Updated Generic Name Master - which allows multiple combinations of drugs and this list must be available at the time of product creation. Duplicated generic name entries must be blocked by the system
