Description
The system must absolutely prevent any product from being sold at a final retail price lower than its Purchase RATE.
On billing screen, if user manually changes a price or applies a manual discount that pushes the item's selling price below the PRATE, the system must block the transaction, display a warning error, and refuse to save the bill.
