Need automatic Over Time calculation based on Punching Timing and that must be added to salary also
OT only applicable for duty exceeds 10 hours
OT should be calculated on an hourly basis upto 4 hrs
• If OT time exceeds 4 hours, it should be treated as one full day salary
Night Shift OT Calculation:-
If punching time exceeds 9:15 AM, OT is applicable.
Night OT hourly rate calculation:
Night OT amount per hour= Daily Saalary
One day salary = Total salary ÷ 26
One Hour Salary = Daily Salary ÷ Working hours
