The "Appointment" and "Registration" must be seperated
The appointment will be based on date and time based slot and this will not counted as token for patient and it is just used for booking and no payment is allowed
When the patient comes for check-in , the user can select the slot and can generate token upon payment.
The main principle of the feature is to "Punish the late comer but no advantage to the early"
