We have an option to enter reason while deactivating a UHID. When a deactivated UHID entered system shows no message to user, this need to be addressed, some indication needs to show to user. Also, we need the reason to be shown in Registration report, for that create a checkbox for inactive registrations. Is there any report to get registration data? Please mention the report name in your comments so that we can check the report.
