Description
After the approval of one discount request user unable to request another one.

Today (13/03/2025) a similar scenario occurred where we have to give multiple discount. Presently the discount amount is showing as patient payable which the patient need not to pay. Similarly on updating the pending notes in convert to credit option (which we need to rename to "Add Pending Notes") there is failed message coming.
- Status changed from New to Dev In Progress
- Status changed from Dev In Progress to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
