Client Support - Sevana Hospital

Currently we have a dispense option in Windows application.
We are looking for a web version of it so that we can run on portable devices.
The UI needs to be minimal and tablet friendly.
Basic filters needed to make searching easier. For example, a UHID and Bill number search fields supporting substring searches.
The dispense list need not to contain individual items instead only a single entry for a bill needed. User should view the dispensing items then dispense by entering unique code.
